30 day policy
- If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Exchanges will be limited after 30 days.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if product is discontinued.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in resalable conditions and must also be return in the original packaging (box and bag.)
- Only items bought from our website can be accepted.
- All returns are free. *Domestic Orders ONLY*
- You may request a return label from us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org In your email please include order number and reason for return, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Please include packing slip inside the box as proof of purchase.
- Please DO NOT send your purchase back to manufacturer or store address.
- Return Address is listed on packing slip.
- Only ONE return label will be provided per order.
- We will not be responsible for lost packages sent to another address not listed as Return Address.
- All returns will be reviewed for final approval
- All returns will be processed after final approval
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- There will be an $8 exchange fee on normal purchases.
- If item is not available, you will be notified.
- Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange for an exchange fee of $10.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- After first exchange, you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost.
There may be other instances in which you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost, including return shipping ex: past 30 day policy, change of color, style etc.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If exchange item requested is not available, you will be notified.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
