Return Policy

30 day policy

  • If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in resalableconditions and must also be return in the original packaging (box and bag.)
  • Only items bought from our website can be accepted.


  • All returns are free.
  • You may request a return label from us by emailing we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Please include packing slip inside the box as proof of purchase.
  • On the packing slip, please include the following:
    • Reason for returning
    • If you are requesting an exchange, include size.
  • Please DO NOT send your purchase back to manufacturer.
  • Return Address is listed on packing slip.
  • Only ONE return label will be provided per order.

Final Approval

  • All returns will be reviewed for final approval
  • All returns will be processed after final approval

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


  • There will be an $8 exchange fee on normal purchases.
  • Please write down size for which you would like to exchange.
  • If item is not available, you will be notified.

Sale/Discounted Items

  • Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. 
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange for an exchange fee of $10.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • After first exchange, you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost.

There may be other instances in which you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost, including return shipping ex: change of color, style etc.

    Additional Information:

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If exchange item requested is not available, you will be notified.

    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • Please note, D'Santy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging your product. If you are experiencing issues with your package contact your shipping provider.
